I set up the 1st interview with a recruiter within a couple days of Peek getting in touch with me. I have done my fair share of interviews, but this was the worst I have ever experienced. The recruiter came off as if she didn’t care to talk to me, she seemed uninterested in anything I said and would just respond with the most monotone quick responses. The worst part was the interview only lasted 7 minutes! She asked a few questions and didn’t engage with me making things awkward at times. I am a people person and can easily break the ice in most situations, but this just left a bad taste in my mouth. Once the phone interview was over, I knew I did not want to work here. First impressions matter and from my perspective, this company doesn’t care about getting to know the people they are trying to hire.

There is a pre-screening, 2 interviews, and a test that includes "Email Example", a typing test, and a company-related task. They will notify you if you will be moved on or have decided to move on to the next candidate.
