The process started with contact from a Pella Sales Recruiter. After a couple exchanges we scheduled a WebEx video call. This call lasted approx :45 min and we discussed my background in the industry and the places I have worked. After this call I was set up to do a Face-to-face with the area Sales Manager, someone from HR and another Sales Rep. We talked for a little over an hour with each person asking different job related questions. This interview was followed up 2 weeks later by a follow-up WebEx with the same team members that lasted about an hour. This was a very professional and in depth interview which I enjoyed
