Entretien
The first step was a phone interview, then there was a personality interview with a third party. Next there was a panel interview. The panel was very comfortable for me, the panel was very supportive and friendly.

Applied online. Received phone call from local HR manager. Completed an hour and a half phone interview with corporate. Moved on to an on site interview with a panel of four people. Received a tour prior to the panel interview.

Entretien
On site shadow with person of that role, interview with potential supervisor, panel interview and 1 on 1 interview the next day. It appeared that communication as to how your shadow and 1 on 1 interview went was handed off between phases. This was challenging but managed if you were attentive.
