I applied online for one of their showrooms inside a mall and within less than a week, I received a phone call from one of their managers for an interview. While the manager and I were able to find a time that works best, it was my assumption that we would be holding the interview at the specific location that I applied to as it was not stated whether the interview was going to be via video chat, call or in-person. Thus, due to minor confusion my job interview resulted in a phone call followed by a video conference with another manager.

they sit you down ask you questions. the questions are easy and not that difficult. they may be dressed in gym attire but you should definitely dress business casual. We interviewed in a mall setting, we were not in an office setting. it was pretty relaxed.

first interview was via zoom with Store Manager, 2nd interview via zoom with Regional (very brief). Felt relaxed. Mainly want to see if you can carry a conversation/what your personality is like.

Was over a year ago so I don’t recall specific questions, but they will still hire you if you don’t have specific sales experience. If you have been a server, use that to your advantage as you learn how to talk to anyone
Easy, revolved around typical interview questions, it consisted of two phone interviews, one with an assistant store manager and one with and store manager. Quick process, heard back shortly after
