Team based with specific questions to role and frank discussion of need to create change for the future. Honesty and disclosure which surprised me but created instant trust. Received a walking tour of the facility and was allowed to spend time one on one with a current supervisor to talk about the current situation and ask critical questions. Plant was in bad shape and very dirty, but signs of improvements were obvious in areas.
