The interview started with Human Resources. They are the gatekeepers and they'll grill you on your resume, experience, your knowledge of the company as well as your interest in working for them. I don't remember all of the questions I was asked, but they will ask you some of the typical, hard questions you can expect from most interviews (such as the greatest weakness, a time you faced a challenge and how you worked through it, and etc.). After the HR interview I then interviewed with my now boss. Many of the questions my boss asked were similar, but not as difficult as the HR interview.

There were many steps in the process, including allowing the company to contact five of my professional references. Meanwhile, the company provided minimal feedback when they ultimately rejected my application after several rounds of interviews.
