Interview process I consider unusual. Interview took place by group committee -- my main criticism with this setup is that not one of the five people I met, and each asked me a question or two, felt it necessary or helpful to hand a business card when introduced -- I don't want to be forced to decipher names and titles in a space with bad accoustics.
