Overall, the process was laid-back. I had prior knowledge of the organization of the libraries, and also knew staff prior to be hired. So I can't say that my interview process was the same as others may experience. My advice for anybody with a regular interview is, though, to just be laid-back and friendly - it encompasses the library's culture. If you have the skill set to match the requirement, you'll likely be hired.
