First I got a phone call from the recruiter of National Pen. After that I got a phone interview with the manager of Customer Service. You have to tell about your phone experience in previous jobs and how you deal with complaining customers and how you solve difficult questions by phone.

I cannot remember that there were any really tricky questions. You just have to be prepared: tell about your experiences who are relevant for this job and show that you can deal with difficult customers. I also had to do a small easy dutch language test.
