The interview was very long. They asked me some screening questions over the phone and then asked a long series of STAR questions on Zoom with their camera off. I was told I would be training on site as a chat agent and then work from home after training. That turned out to be a lie we took calls and no one got to work from home. I’be never worked for a job that was that dishonest.
