Interview process is quiet a delight.
2 rounds
Rounds 1: I was asked about myself and my degree and work background. They asked if I have worked with groovy scripts and JIRA - i hadn't.
Round 2: HR round was more centered towards "If I fin in company or not". They wanted to know my long term plans and how I would benefit company.

Entretien
Primero se realizan una serie de pruebas psicométricas, seguida de una prueba de ingles, enfocadas en el listening y en el reading. Posteriormente se lleva a cabo la entrevista de perfilamiento y validación del ingles mediante un conversación. Luego se realiza la entrevista técnica y por último entrevista psicológica.

En menos de semanas me llamaron a diferentes filtros, desde pruebas psicológicas y psicotécnicas hasta pruebas técnicas y de perfilamiento. Es un proceso aunque largo, rápido. El personal es excelente, es una organización demasiado horizontal, no tienes ningún jefe, solo debes mostrar resultados y ser un excelente compañero de equipo.
