      Entretien

      The process and conduct was smooth. The interviewer was very friendly and shared his insights regarding the technology and project he worked on. I also asked why he's sticking to this company for so long and what's so great about it. His reply seemed genuine and he seemed pretty content working there. That really made me think working here would be great.

      I have appeared in Interview R-1 for the position of Front End Developer on 13 January'22 for Nagpur INDIA. I have cleared all the rounds and one of your HR executives had mailed me to get all my documents to create a compensation letter. My expectation was already declared before my first round of the interview, even twice. Suddenly I am getting a call from the HR manager with some general questions, which I answered very neatly. I was supposed to get some offer amount from him but he hang up very rudely after hearing my expectation of the remuneration. Again, I have told this same figure before the process. If it was not your budget then why did you start the process? More, if it is not your budget then why did you ask for my documents with photographs and current compensation letter. More, if it is not your budget then why didn’t you tell me your figure? My expectation was just a 50% hike which could be negotiable and as per industry standard. If you are asking for expectations from me I have the right to tell any number, I could ask 100% or 200% of the hike. It can be my choice. If you are not carrying the way of negotiations it was not my fault. You drove this process very unprofessional way.

      Entretien

      I get an interview to enter as a internship. The process was like this: logical test, personality test, psychology interview and 2 technical interviews. The psychology interview was mostly questions about how you behave when working with a team and how you deal with frustration or obstacles. The first technical interview was a programming challenge about graphs you had 3 hours to solve it also you can ask to the interviewer questions. The second one was about scripts in JavaScript (because it was the area where I was applying) they show you the script and you need to explain what the output it's gonna be. The logical and personality test I think doesn't affect the process it's just to get you know more. Important detail in the technical part of the interview they request you to speak in English so be prepared to explain technical things in that language
