I did a phone screen and interviewed in person more than once, as well as communicated multiple times through email. I give it a thumbs down because they didn't have the courtesy to let me know that I didn't get the job.

They talked to me in a manual manner that was appropriate for everything they asked and how I answered. In fact, I answered every question asked and I gave really really good anweres, I even sang a song for them b/c I was so happy to interview with a company for a change
