Thank you for sharing this feedback with the team. We operate on a rolling basis and this role was filled before you were able to reach the end stages. We are not a start up, but our YoY revenue growth has been 30-50% or more and we doubled our team size last year. Given these growth rates, we do move quickly and it seems the timing simply didn't align in this instance. I was able to go back and confirm we were transparent with all candidates in initial stages for this role around the steps of the process as well as ensuring we connected with each candidate every two business days to avoid folks feeling ghosted.
