Initial phone call - more of a screening (tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for us, etc.) Moved right to a final interview that asked technicals on your resume and asked a few behavioral questions (tell me about a time).

Applied online early November. Didn't hear back until late February where I got placed for a phone interview. Made it to the next round for an in person interview. Heard back weeks later by email that I didn't receive the position.
