Once you get through the on campus interview, the next step is a day-long series of interviews at the office with different members of the recruiting committee, including partners and associates.

Cold interviewer. Not a great experience. They seemed interested in my experience and I seemed to check that box but did not thrill them beyond that. I think they were looking for a lateral from big law.
