In person interview with the director of the program. Questions asked about previous work experience and college degree. Discussion over high stress environment and abilities to cope, and how to deescalate high stress or negative emotions and situations.

Many questions were on a paper form and had to hand written. Specif question referenced how I handled conflict with a manager or employee at a previous job.
