I started their process in October/November of 2010. Am impressed with the people I have met but not with the ego and attitude. They have conducted additional interviews and continue to 'lead me on'. Although I once thought that this was the company for me, their communication during this process (not to mention the length of time) is extremely poor. I've seen an ego that is too large and will turn down an offer if they can ever find time to write it. I am shocked by the high level of disrespect and lack of comunication and response. If this is how you treat a credible, educated and talented applicant, how do you really treat your employees? The people you interview and potentially reject or hire today are your customers of tomorrow (depending on how you treat them).
