I recently went through a six-month interview process with Persefoni, which turned out to be a disappointing experience. Despite having six interviews, where each one suggested a strong likelihood of receiving an offer, the company consistently failed to follow up. After each positive interaction, I was left waiting for a response to outline next steps in the interview process, and they kept coming back to me with another person to speak with, This was not only frustrating but also disrespectful, considering the amount of time and effort I invested in preparing for these interviews. In the end, despite the initial positive signals and a lengthy interview process, I did not receive a job offer. The experience was disheartening and highlighted a significant lack of clarity and professionalism in their hiring process. Also, a company should not have to interview someone 6 times to decide if they would like to hire someone.

Mixed signals to say the least. Standard interview/ conversation. First round was great as was the second. I asked for direct feedback and was told “no concerns, you’re great.” Only to get a rejection form letter. Absolutely cowardly response. Persefoni should be ashamed.
