Interview process was straightforward. Interview was not engaging at all and focused on questions on the projects you have worked on. Also they had more emphasis on core CS subjects.

As Persistent came for on-campus placement, the first step was giving the online aptitude assessment. After clearing it, we received a mail regarding the interviews for the base package. The interview was conducted on the Amcat platform. It started with a formal greeting and tell me yourself question. After that questions were asked on my projects. Slowly the interview moved towards the technical part where I was asked questions on DSA, OOP, CN, OS and DBMS. The interview went on for almost an hour. The questions that were asked ranged from easy to medium level.
