First, I had to complete an online assessment, which turned out to be for a different role in Sales. After pointing this out to the recruiter, I was simply told that's just how it is. Afterwards, I was invited to an interview, which went really well, and I was invited to the next stage. Then, nothing happened—I was simply ghosted.
