Ryan Hawkins, the owner of this company, called me after I submitted a resume, he came off as being condescending, arrogant, and generally unpleasant to talk to. All of the above and more ended up being true, he has zero mineral title or leasing experience and only knows how to get things done through fear, insults, and intimidation. This is quite possibly the worst job experience of my life and I have had some really bad ones in my day.
