The interviewing process was done through an agency. After a phone interview with the agency and taking two test online I was granted an actual interview with CFO of the company. After that everything was pretty standard. They asked about work history. What general knowledge that you had about the job that you were interviewing for.

I was really surprised at how easy the interview was there were not any hard or unexpected questions that I had to answer.
