Friendly. They asked about technical things and you have to introduce yourself. They explained their hiring process. Location was far but parking is easy. They will call you in 1 week for the second interview

Of course it starts ordinary by a phone for HR then on the second interview they give you a situation (not pharmaceutical .... similar as if you are a parlement member) and whoever candidates with you ...
They want of course to measure your teamwork and team negotiation skills ..
Then they will take everyone individually to test them in a customer related situation
