The most unprofessional interviews I've had at auction houses got cold calls from their personal phones without giving any notice prior to the calls. The questions have nothing to do with the role or reason of my application, they just asked about my personal background and availability, they said they would get back to me with proper interviews but they never did. And the other time, the HR who emailed me with a questionnaire never confirmed if they received my completed written task.
Considering the fame and status of Phillips, I was expecting someone to handle my application seriously and the interview to be conducted in a professional manner. Honestly, Phillips, you could do better. HRs like those who handled my applications could ruin your reputation in this industry.

HR was very nice, first round of interview was smooth and friendly.
However, it was a different case for the second round. One of the hiring managers were straight up disrespectful. She showed zero interest from the second stepping in the room, was zoning out and even staring at the floor during the interview.

A half hour zoom interview with two interviewers. The questions were pretty standard and the interviewers were friendly and relaxed. An emphasis was put on knowledge and understanding of the company itself.
