Applied online through their website. Received an email for a video interview with a recruiter online. Mostly asked questions about me and what I'm passionate about as well as questions on customer service. Questions varied from 'how did you know you gave excellent customer service' and 'where do you see yourself in the future' and 'how do you see yourself in a team with Philz' Followed by an interview with the local manager.

Interview was super chill and gave a clear insight on job expectations. The company culture is great but the customers can be hit-or-miss (as with all food service jobs). The team is also a big plus - you make a lot of great friends and have opportunities to learn more about the business if you want to.
I applied on indeed and got an email a day later. From what I know they don’t use AI either. Recruiters were all super personable and helpful! They make the whole interview process really easy and comfortable. I’ve been able to maintain those connections throughout my time there.
Zoom interview with recruiter. Asking why you're interested in company, experience and availability. Emphasis on working there long term as they want new hires to stay at least 6 months but they want long term employees
