I participated in a multi-stage interview process for a PM role , which included a 30-minute HR screening, team manager screening and a final assessment featuring a classic ASO (App Store Optimization) case study presented to senior members. The panel was highly supportive, offering solid feedback on my strategies for scaling product growth and community engagement within a specialized environment.
