One on one interview with the HR manager. Meet over coffee. Talked about the company, where i saw myself what i do to fit in. After the interview is was introduced to staff. everybody was really friendly. I was emailed a job offer and i started working quickly with in a couple of days. I was very satisfied with the whole interview process

Entretien
First step was a telephone interview where they asked me some basic questions about my experience, why i wanted to work for phoenix salary expectations those kind of things. About three days after they called me in to a face to face interview. It was with the HR manager and the HR generalist. The interview went well and they called me back with in a couple of days with an offer.
