It was comfortable. They made me feel at home. Offered me water and fillout out paperwork, then met with the people at the home office. Everyone was nice and helpful.

It was good. It was not intimidating. They were clear on what they expected and were very thankful that I came well prepared. It was in Overland Park at their corporate office. Easy to find.
