Fairly straightforward interview process. After submitting the online application, I was on a Zoom call with one of the hiring managers within a week. The questions were very straight forward and not very scenario based. Because I was already employed through another investigative firm, the manager requested to speak with my supervisor to continue with the process. This was probably the only part of the process I did not like, as I didn’t want to create a rift between myself and my supervisor knowing I was intending to leave for another agency.

Brief skype interview, typical interview questions. followed by a scheduled ride along. Interview questions were based on background, experience, school history and hobbies. He was very friendly and also discussed the next steps in the process and start dates for the training. Conducted ride along today on surveillance with an investigator for a standard 10 hour shift. It was a good time.
