In general, it was fine, although seemed a bit shady. I had 3 interviews - 2 with other UX/UI designers (from the US) and one with a manager from the UK. First 2 interviews were nice, informal conversations. I haven't been asked any difficult questions, it seemed that it was more about me getting more information about the company. Ironically though, they couldn't answer most of my questions. People I was interviewed by were from the US and I was applying for work in Europe. I was interested in details such as my future team, work process, location (no one could provide me the address, sic!). Besides, I was asking to see a portfolio of the company during all of the 3 interviews and I was never shared with such and it was crucial to me because of the role I was applying for. During the very last interview (note: the process already lasted for around a month) I was informed that I will have to travel often and that they want me to relocate to a different country after ~6mo. I've made it clear from the very beginning that I'm only interested to work in one country. Moreover, I was offered quite a high position, which is completely not relevant to my experience. Maybe I should be flattered, but it just seemed quite fishy. I rejected the offer because I was not given most of the crucial answers. I was invited to the whole recruitment process by a recruitment company and they were accompanying it for the whole time. Never again - they expected me to be responsive 24/7 and were calling maniacally. When I've insisted to have some answers written (to save my butt in the future, simply for a proof), they ignored my requests completely.
