There were two rounds L1 technical discussion and techno managerial round. Interview was easy . Qualified all rounds. HR agreed for expected CTC and said will release the offer letter and asked to share current CTC letter. After few day I called she gave the call to her manager and he said we will match existing CTC in current company. My current organisation in IBM, why would I switch to photon for same CTC . Wasted my time and effort.
Interview was very simple it went very easy and got selectet they have lots of opening right now I don't know why after clearing all the documents still my offer is pending
