Initial screening with recruiter, Initial phone interview- pretty informal via Zoom. No next steps discussed during the interview so i pretty much knew a call back for second round wasn't in the plan.

Initial phone screen to explore opportunity. Was really excited and waiting to hear next steps but recruiter ghosted me. I think there's so much potential but company needs to follow through instead of leaving candidates hanging and not responding to emails.
