1st Round: HR
A simple interview where they try to determine if you are a good fit and ask about your salary expectations
2nd Round: Take home test
You book a 3 hour slot in which you have to complete the test. The test gets sent to your email 15 minutes before the 3 hour slot. You are expected to push everything to a Github repo so that they can assess your code.
3rd Round: Pair Programming
You build upon your take home test solution with engineers at the company
4th Round: Management
Behavioural interview to see if you will be a good culture fit.
An enjoyable process and everyone I met seemed great to work with. Ultimately rejected the offer due to salary expecations not being met (should have probably mentioned the ranges in the first HR interview?)

Entretien
The interview process began with a pre-screening round covering my experience, technical skills, and career goals. I discussed my background, expertise, and past contributions to assess my fit for the role.
Next, I completed a GitHub take-home assessment to demonstrate my coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and best practices. I submitted the assignment within the given timeframe, ensuring efficiency and maintainability.
However, after submission, I haven’t received any updates or feedback regarding the next steps, leaving my application status uncertain.
The recruiter ghosted me after the initial call and multiple followup emails went unanswered. Have some courtesy for the candidates and atleast send a canned response if the profile is not shortlisted.
