Two meetings, one to sniff me out and another to dig in more. They asked a lot of canned interview questions. On the third visit I was presented an offer. It was a very easy interview process because these guys have a TON of turnover (in sales anyway)

Talks seemed to have gone well up to the in person interview, then it was a little disheveled, and ultimately radio silence. It shows a certain level of unprofessional behavior when any of the involve interviewers do not inform potential candidates that they were not selected.
