First is interview with a hiring manager to get to know you, general get to know you questions. Then, they give you a home assingment to see if your technical skills match with the team.
Applied online. Had a call with a recruiter. Just normal HR questions like what's your background, why do you wanna work here, and why do you wanna leave your current company.
I rambled a little, but I thought that was ok. Got a rejection two days later. I thought they could give me a chance to pass the technical questions and talk about these things in the engineering manager interview.
