Recruiter discussed position, then forwarded to internal talent acquisition. Internal Person was late to the interview and questioned for skills not suggested in the job description. Company sounded very interesting, but there seems to be no order or plan to hiring. Total waste of my time, compounded by lack of decency to be on time.

Entretien
2 telephone rounds and interview with 5 different peoples onsite. This position was for telephony architect. Seems like they were looking for fulltime software developer and not telephony architects. The interview was around coding and designing software and nothing around Voip services.
