I applied online through Glassdoor in December. In a few days, I received an email asking me to take a personality/cognitive assessment. Apparently I didn't pass because I heard nothing, no thanks but no thanks even. In this day and age of applicant systems, pretty sad I couldn't even get a rejection email. Overall, it was a pretty impersonal process.
