Had 3 different stages. One with the recruiter asking about my background and previous/current job. Second with the SE UK manager and third with two people, an Italian and a woman. Can't remember the names. The second interview was about experience, challenges, and competency. What challenges did you face in your role? he was asking for a challenge/solution to a real problem , experience in solution engineering etc The third was a demo technical test and presentation about findings, setting up a user and creating an application from identity provider and service provider. They'll give you instructions in email, anyways I regret listening to the interviewer who said it was only a brief conversation..... had I known it was going to be a formal presentation with lots of questions I would have prepared but tough. It's an easy application to use but the interviewer at the end was quite harsh and was not specific when questioning / doesn't come across friendly to me...
