This company does not take care of you. They did not get me a hotel, did not reimburse me for travel, and did not FEED ME LUNCH even though my interview was from 11 am to 2 pm at their HQ in Pasadena. All interviewers were late to their appointment and did not show much interest in being there. Also, many of their questions were focused on negative experiences that I have had.
First round on campus was behavioral with some "back of the envelope" questions.
Second round was a quick problem solving written test, an 1.5 hour behavioral interview with two project leads, and a meeting with a VP where you can ask questions. Be prepared for riddles and brain teasers.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pinnacle en sept. 2021

There were three interviews: first a recruiter phone screen, then two Zoom interviews with one project lead and one project manager in each interview. Questions were mostly behavioral in nature, and they asked about the experiences listed in my resume.
Very easy. One HR Phone interview, and one in person interview with management. More about personality fit than actual technical knowledge. One short HR interview after that. Nothing to be too worried about.

The interview process was phone Interview with a recruiter, phone interview with an engineer, and then an in person interview in Houston, TX. The interview with the recruiter was not technical and was more getting to know why I was interested in the job etc. Second phone interview was more technical about my skills and knowledge and previous work experience. In person was a combination of the two. Interview had 3 people in it, one from HR and two managers.
