I got mail from company regarding Opening for Java developer I reach at 10 am but interview started at around 12 ( about 10 to 15 candidate were there)
Interview was started with basic java concept like oops ,class , collection framework etc. After cleaning first round there was machine test in we had to create form using JDBC which support all operation like create,read delete and update. I implemented it in JSP but they wanted in java Swing (it was very difficult for fresher). I failed to crack machine test . after that I waited for about 2 hours and they come with special offer that if I have to join company have to pay 25k and if wanted they can provide experience letter . I realised it's fraud and I immediately declined offer.

Telephonic Technical , FTF Technical , Client Interview , and a descent hike all in a days time . they didnt ask me to come again great experience . Although it tok half a day for me but it was worth as they didnt ask me to come again

Entretien
The process comprised of only one round i. e. face to face interview. It was technical cum HR round. First of all, they will check whether you are suitable for the company or not based on your residential location. Then if they find that it's feasible for you to join the company, they will ask you all the easiest of questions. For example, I was asked 'what is psvm?' and one another simple question and that's it, the interview was over. Then they ask about your family. Then they ask you to join an internship program which will be of one month and you will not be paid for that. They say that there will be another interview after a month where they will tell you whether you will be hired or not.

Walkin interview:
Just 2 rounds:
First online Technical Aptitude test was taken.
There were total 20 questions.
Quite easy questions.
Questions on data type, primitive data type,sql questions.
Then there was interview round:
Basically the interviewer talk about training for 1 month with no stipend then they will take interview after one month and decide to offer you a job. That is on 1 year bond basis.
He told me that i will get a call from Hr regarding my joining.
Still waiting for the call from there side.
I think they just are wasting time of the candidates by interviewing as they don't take any one who agrees on the above conditions also.
