An amateurish board of directors stumbled for 3 months before they finally hired me after first talking to me in November of 2008. I should have seen this lack of professionalism and direction as a forewarning of things to come. I was SHOCKED to be hired after a single phone interview. It turns out that the board was too cheap to fly me in for an in-person interview.
