4 interviews 1- HR and my manager 2- Task (simulation of how a call to a customer would be) 3- get to know some coworkers 4- manager of my manager - trying to explain to be how the job is really like to see if I really want it They want to get to know you and see if you fit in the company, so read a bit about their principles. They are all very welcoming, you will feel good during the process. I think they want someone with a good vibe and who is willing to work hard.
