I submitted my CV to the Pitch website and the next day I had a call with the Head of Talent. After a quick chat I was invited in for my first interview. Sharon was very accommodating and worked her best around my schedule. I had my first interview with Sharon and Claire and they instantly made me feel at ease. They were very friendly and I felt I could really open up and be myself, we talked non stop about me and my experience and what my role would be within the agency. I left feeling very positive and uplifted. The next day Sharon called me back, inviting me for a second interview, I couldn't believe how quick the process was having been used to interview processes that take months! Again the team were extremely accommodating, working around my work schedule and interviewing me out of working hours. I then met Chris and Jack and although I was initially a bit more apprehensive they were both very friendly and welcoming. This interview focused more on my experience and although there were a few harder questions I still felt relaxed and that I could be myself. Again I left feeling very positive and happy with how it went. That day I received another phone call from Sharon to let me know I had the job. I couldn't believe how quickly I heard back, it was so refreshing. Having really responded to and liked everyone I had met throughout the interview process I didn't even have to think twice about accepting the job!
