Entretien
Two phone interviews and two in person interviews. It was very obvious that the person interviewing me was lacking in knowledge and experience. They drew me in by explaining that they were growing and that there would be a variety of opportunities to learn and grow with my team and the company. They were many questions involving basic technical knowledge and how I had previously managed projects.
I asked questions regarding workflow and came to understand that they were still "working on many processes"
I also asked about the general culture and life work balance and was basically told what I wanted to hear. The reality, however, once I started working, was much different.

Entretien
Interview process was straightforward with your normal variety of questions testing skill/knowledge based on the job tasks of the role. Meet with two people individually and then was provided an offer letter shortly after that. They were willing to work with my schedule start which was awesome as most companies will not do that.
