Don't bother submitting an application, because they will just waste your time and money. I had two rounds of interviews with them before they informed me I was required to do a 3.5 hour in-person interview at their DC office. I drove up 8 hours to DC and spent my own money on hotel accommodations for this onsite interview. But then the night before the onsite interview, they abruptly canceled it with a standard rejection email template. When I emailed them back asking for more clarity and feedback on my application, they ghosted me.
I don't mind if I am rejected or if other candidates are a better fit than me. But the bare minimum you can do is treat candidates with respect, even if they are not selected. The fact that they are willing to treat job applicants like this speaks volumes to their culture, and I worry how they must treat the employees who actually do get hired.
Safe to say, I think I dodged a bullet. But for anyone else considering this company, I would recommend you think twice.
