I had applied online through their website. The process took 2 weeks. They called and asked me to attend the interview next day. There were 2 rounds.
1) aptitude
2) technical and HR
The interview was quite friendly and the the HR was very nice to me, I liked yhe infrastructure and people working there. I wished to work there wearing formals and I'd card. The interview questions was basic questions about communication and optical fibre.

The interview process was quite good, the management was very friendly, cleared all my queries and its a good place to start a career and the interview was very specific about the details.
