Great interview process! Started with a take-home activity and then a 1st interview with HR. After that, I had a 2nd interview with a Customer Support Team Lead and 1 of the CEOs.

The interview process was very structured, thoughtful, and respectful of my time. It started with an initial conversation, followed by a written assignment based on real customer scenarios, which gave a clear sense of the role.
After that, I had an in person interview with members of the Customer Support team, focused on both experience and behavioral questions. The conversation felt collaborative and engaging, and I appreciated how much they valued real examples and problem solving.
The final step included reference checks and a short call to share the outcome. Overall, the process was transparent, well organized, and a great reflection of the company’s culture.

from the time recruitment engaged to schedule a meeting it took 2 weeks to even get a chat with the CS lead. I found her to be very snobby and disinterested in the interview, as another post stated as well. Like I was wasting her time! Did not make me want to be a part of that team or company.
