3 interviews as they could not coordinate their schedules. Obvious that notes from one interviewer weren't shared with others as I was asked the same questions. They offered an "Engineer" position with the same responsibilities as the Architect and $40k less. Clearly this isn't a company I want to work for that expects the a level of professionalism but not compensate properly. It felt like a bait and switch.
