Refused re-interview after explaining poor performance due to disability, they seemed to think they're able to ascertain my performance without reasonable adjustments, stating many people have said disability as their response.

10 minute skype call with two members of staff, didn't go into much detail about anything just asked about what I had previously worked on, surprisingly not a lot of technical talk
